I ♥ Monograms

I love letters...lettering...versals...illuminated letters...monograms...all of it. It is my deepest heart's wish to be an artful calligrapher. For now, I feed this need with monograms...usually tangled monograms. Tips? Pointers? Advice? All so welcome.

    I share your love of letters and illuminated letters. These are among my absolute favorites, a certain looseness,
    woven elegance, spanning centuries and very now. Thanks for the inspiration!

      Wow, that's the nicest thing anyone's ever said about my lettering! Give Zentangled Letters a try - take a look at "Zenspirations" by JoAnne Fink. I've done a few recently to which I added fabulous gold paint. Love. Thank you so much for the kind words and encouragement!

    I too love letters and calligraphy and letters, have done some basic calligraphy took up Tangling a few months ago but struggling to combine the 2, so find your work very inspirational. Thanks for sharing.
